I just ordered Shoot!, but did not receive the unlock code or registration instructions – what do I do now? 

I’ve lost my unlock code for Shoot! How do I get a new one? (Registered customers only) 

I’ve installed Shoot! but cannot get it to run/work at all. Any suggestions?
